In early August, 2018, The Hollywood Reporter quoted
Hollywood screenwriter Jennifer Levin describing
herself and her colleagues as "the elite," and explaining
that she / they "represent the money." I wondered about all
this, and if it might possibly tie into jury duty. I wrote
up a list of questions for her on these topics. Click here

I first wrote up a list of questions about jury duty and jury duty

for download as a PDF. Then, I sent this list to three judges,
the UC Berkeley law school dean, and the attorney who chairs
the Commission on the American Jury of the American Bar
Association. This article shows the questions I asked them,
and their responses to those questions. In the article, I
included my opinions about those responses.
