July 12, 2021:

published today. This article describes false information
that Barb(A)ra Streisand placed on federal political
campaign contribution paperwork, starting in 2006 and
continuing through 2020.

The Federal Election Commission website had images
of that paperwork - in other words, the proof - all the
time. 18 U.S.C. § 1001 states

" . . . whoever, in any matter within the
jurisdiction of the executive, legislative,
or judicial branch of the Government of the
United States, knowingly and willfully . . .
makes or uses any false writing or document
knowing the same to contain any materially
false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement
or entry; shall be fined under this title or
imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both . . ."

The American Thinker article shows that Barbara
Streisand clearly did this behavior three (3) times. FEC
paperwork is a matter within the jurisdiction of the
executive, legislative, or judicial branch(es) of
the Government of the United States. The September
9, 2006 payments shown above alone clearly involve
false writing, known to contain materially false,
fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry. Therefore,
Barb(a)ra Streisand needs to get prosecuted in a federal
court, and based on the evidence shown in this article,
she needs to get fined and imprisoned if convicted.

Up For Auction" here at I, Juror.

This article shows that somehow, official jury duty
paperwork - with personal, private, identifying
information of potential jurors - mysteriously
leaked from the Los County jury duty, and went
to auction in 2003. This auction raises huge
questions, and I, Juror broke the story first.

Activism, Money, and Jury Duty" here at I, Juror.

In early August, 2018, The Hollywood Reporter quoted
Hollywood screenwriter Jennifer Levin. She described
herself and her colleagues as "the elite," and she clearly
explained that she / they "represent the money." I
wondered about all this, and I wondered if it might
possibly tie into jury duty. I wrote up a list of
questions for her on these topics. Click here to open the
questions in a new browser tab. This article shows
the questions that I asked Jennifer Levin, and showed
how she answered as of press time.

Duty - Q & A" here at I, Juror.

I first wrote up a list of questions about jury duty and
jury duty law. Click here to open the questions in a
new browser tab for download as a PDF. Then, I sent
this list to three judges, the UC Berkeley law school
dean, and the attorney who chairs the Commission on
the American Jury of the American Bar Association.
This article shows the questions I asked them, and
their responses to those questions. In the article,
I included my opinions about those responses.
